NORTH KINGSTOWN SEEKS STUDENT ART FOR MUNICIPAL GALLERY

North Kingstown, RI -- The Town of North Kingstown in conjunction with the North Kingstown Town Council is seeking student artwork for public display at our Town Municipal Office Building at 100 Fairway Drive. Through recent donations, the Town has acquired a series of display frames to enhance the hallways and showcase some of North Kingstown’s talented young artists.

Wickford Sewer Construction Update for the upcoming week September 11

  • The contractors will finish installing the long and short sewer service laterals on Brown Street.
  • The contractor will be working on the sewer forcemains at the intersection of Brown and Phillips Streets and sewer laterals on Phillips Street.
  • There will be alternating traffic Monday through Friday during the hours of 7am -5pm daily.

Wickford Sewer Construction Update for the upcoming week September 5

  • There will be no work on Monday due to the Labor Day holiday.
  • Starting on Tuesday, the contractor will be doing utility work (sewer forcemains) at the intersection of Brown and Phillips Streets until Friday during the hours of 7am -5pm daily.
  • There will be alternating traffic as they work through the intersection, with police details and signage.  The police detail will keep a single lane of traffic moving.
  • When they are finished there, the contractors will move to Brown Street to finish up the long and short service laterals.

Dear Taxpayer,

Your Motor Vehicle Tax Bill for 2017/2018 will be sent to you on August 30, 2017.

As you may be aware, due to the State Budget being adopted late, your Motor Vehicle Tax Bills were not sent out in July. In addition, the Bills being sent on August 30th will reflect the first year of the Motor Vehicle Tax Phase-Out Legislation.

The 2017 Real Estate and Personal Property Tax bills were mailed on June 30, 2017. Motor Vehicles tax bills will be mailed at a later date still to be determined.. any further inquiries please contact sarmstrong@northkingstown.org or 401-268-1500 ext 146 or 147 for further inquiries.
