Holiday Giving Program

Once again the community came together to bring Holiday happiness to North Kingstown families in need through the town's Holiday Giving Program.  We would like to thank all our donors for their genorsity during this Holiday Season.  Holiday Giving involves the entire community and it is heartwarming to know that over 345 families in North Kingstown were provided gifts and/or food.

Beechwood Staff would like to thank Liz Embury and Fran Carcieri for coordinating this program and to their special group of volunteers for this project:  Marlene Clayton, David Salisbury, Carol Chesney, Karla Driscoll, Linda Thomas, and Carol Gjelsvek.  These outstanding people assisted daily with every aspect of the program, during the busiest season of the year!

Finally, our heartfelt gratitude goes out tot he individuals, families, churches, schools, and local business people who participated by becoming a donor family or organizing a giving tree.  Your generosity serves as a shining example of how  partnerships between the public and private sectors can be so successful and enhance an entire community.
